VFit PROTOCOL sources all of the ingredients for its supplements from an FDA registered and GMP certified manufacturer located in the USA.  All ingredients are of the highest quality and are scientifically researched for efficacy and dosage.  There are no fillers, no food dyes and no proprietary compounds so you know everything that you are putting into your body. Our ingredients are certified USDA organic, Vegan (except Whey Protein) and Gluten-Free, and contain no NCAA banned substances.  Most importantly, every batch of every product is 3rd party tested for composition and purity so you know you are getting exactly what is on the label.  Finally, to minimize quality risks, our manufacturer follows ASI food safety guidelines.

  • Agmatine Sulphate has been shown to boost nitric oxide levels in your system, especially the muscles, to achieve and sustain increased pumps. It provides your muscles with the short bursts of extra energy needed to power through activities which will result in an increase in muscle growth.

  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), also known as “Indian Winter cherry” or Indian Ginseng,” is an evergreen shrub that’s found in India, Africa and parts of the Middle East. It can help normalize cortisol levels, thus reducing the stress response. In addition, ashwagandha has been associated with reduced inflammation, pain and anxiety, and improved immune function.

  • Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid known for its use in increasing athletic performance and overall health. The main function of beta-alanine is the production of carnosine. Carnosine reduces lactic acid accumulation which leads to increased athletic performance and muscle recovery.

  • Betaine Anhydrous is a naturally occurring compound found in beets, spinach, wine, seafood, and cereals. Betaine Anhydrous aides in building lean body mass in increasing muscular endurance.

  • Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant that affects the central nervous system. It blocks the action of adenosine on its receptor and consequently prevents the onset of drowsiness induced by adenosine. Caffeine anhydrous is a pure form of caffeine that contains 0.5 percent or less water. It is obtained through dehydrating caffeine extracted from plant sources until a white crystalline powder is formed.

  • Creatine Monohydrate is often used by athletes to increase both power output and lean mass. During periods of stress, phosphocreatine releases energy to aid cellular function. This is what causes strength increases after creatine supplementation, but this action can also aid the brain, bones, muscles, and liver.

  • L-Citrulline Malate is an amino acid compound that is produced when the amino acid ornithine is combined with carbamoyl phosphate. This happens during the urea cycle, which is a way the body disposes of nitrogen waste. Studies have shown that added citrulline increases the amount of arginine in the blood leading to increased nitric oxide production which translates to longer workouts, less soreness after strenuous activity, and better recovery. The malate form of citrulline has been shown to be the most effective.

  • Theanine is an amino acid analogue found in tea leaves that is known to up-regulate nitric oxide, improve attention, and induce mental relaxation without somnolence. It is known to act synergistically with stimulants like caffeine while attenuating some of its side effects so that energy is consistent throughout the workout.

  • 5 alpha hydroxy Laxogenin, is a plant steroid. Research has shown that it exhibits similar anabolic properties to anabolic steroids. Laxogenin enhances muscle mass and recovery by increasing protein synthesis and reducing protein breakdown. Laxosterone® (5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin) is a registered trademark of SYNMR BIOTECHNOLOGY (SHANGHAN) LTD.

  • Magnesium is required for more than 300 biological reactions in the body, including those involved in the synthesis of fat, protein, and nucleic acids, neurological activity, muscular contraction and relaxation, cardiac activity and bone metabolism. As a supplement, it comes in many forms of which magnesium glycinate is better absorbed by the body and is less likely to cause side effects.

  • Potassium is one of the major solutes in the human body. It helps manage the amount of water within cells and aids in the release of energy from food. It is found predominantly in fruits, vegetables, and beans and is known to significantly improve cardiovascular health when increased in the diet. On the other hand, high dose supplementation can cause cardiac arrythmias and death, and is therefore only supplemented in small amounts at a time.

  • Whey protein isolate is a dietary supplement and food ingredient created by separating components from whey. It contains a higher percentage of pure protein than whey concentrates and whey hydrolysates. It can be pure enough to be virtually lactose free, carbohydrate free, fat free, and cholesterol free.

It is highly bioavailable, is very quickly absorbed into the body, and has a high concentration of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) which helps fuel working muscles and stimulate protein synthesis.
